By using the Kalpvriksh Hospitality website and booking our travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
- A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm any booking.
- Full payment must be received at least 15 days before the departure date.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change based on airfare, hotel availability, and currency fluctuations until booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before departure: 25% of total package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days: 100% of total package cost (no refund)
Airline and hotel cancellation charges apply as per their respective policies and are non-refundable by us.
Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and any required health certificates. Kalpvriksh Hospitality provides visa assistance but is not liable for visa rejections by embassies.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political situations, flight delays, or force majeure events. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided where possible.
Liability
Kalpvriksh Hospitality acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Disputes
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
